Corporate
Wholly owned by MARA Corporation Sdn Bhd(MARA Corp), an agency under the Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) and Ministry of Rural and Regional Development, Malaysia, the university is given the mandate to upgrade the status of technical education in Malaysia by the government.

In line with its new business direction to become one of the Top Universities in Asia by 2020, the University has established the following Centres to execute its strategic initiatives.
